The Handbook represents a reference manual summarizing the main recommendations and methodological techniques for building strategical planning to improve HEIs’ governance. With the aim of guaranteeing the future sustainability of innovative governance practices, publishing such Handbook should help transfer the knowledge to all other Iraqi and Arab universities.
