No período de 1 de março e 31 de julho de 2022, foi efetuado o estágio curricular no Hospital Veterinário de Santa Marinha, no concelho de Vila Nova de Gaia, que incidiu na participação das atividades em contexto da prática clínica e cirúrgica em animais de companhia. Este relatório será dividido em duas partes: a primeira, integra a logística e casuística observada no decurso dos cinco meses ao nível do internamento, consultas e cirurgia. A segunda parte, irá abordar o linfoma mediastínico em felinos com leucemia felina, na qual se descreve e discute os casos acompanhados; - Abstract: Small animal medicine and surgery – mediastinal lymphoma in cats with feline leukemia The present report follows the internship part of the master’s degree in veterinary medicine. During March 1st and July 31st of 2022, the authoress completed the placement at Hospital Veterinário de Santa Marinha in the county of Vila Nova de Gaia. This placement focused on the clinical and surgical practices on small animals. This report will consist of two parts: initially about techniques and case-studies seen by the authoress in hospitalization, medical appointments and surgery. The second part consists of the bibliographic revision about mediastinal lymphoma in cats with feline leukemia, where cases about the subject is discussed.

Title: O perfil dos dirigentes desportivos e das práticas de gestão dos clubes das ligas de futebol masculino da Guiné-Bissau Authors: Sá, Carlindo Cunhaté Abstract: Na Guiné-Bissau, os clubes para além de serem de cariz amador, enfrentam inúmeras dificuldades estruturais e financeiras. A maioria sobrevive graças ao espírito de sacrifício dos seus presidentes, utilizando recursos próprios para manter a atividade dos clubes. Este estudo tem como principal objetivo conhecer o perfil e a gestão praticada pelos presidentes/vicepresidentes dos clubes que competem nas ligas de futebol masculino da Guiné-Bissau. Participaram no estudo oitenta (n=80) presidentes/vice-presidentes dos clubes, dos quais treze presidentes/vice-presidentes de clubes da 1ª divisão, dezoito de clubes da 2ª divisão e quarenta e nove de clubes da 3ª divisão, de acordo com o universo de clubes em competição nestas ligas de futebol. Este estudo recorre, fundamentalmente, ao método quantitativo. As técnicas de investigação mobilizadas foram: o inquérito por questionário como instrumento principal da recolha dos dados e a recolha documental. O inquérito por questionário encontra-se organizado pelas seguintes secções: caracterização sociodemográfica dos presidentes/vicepresidentes, conhecimentos, caracterização do clube, caracterização das funções, tarefas e responsabilidades do presidente/vice-presidente, cultura organizacional, gestão desportiva, liderança e comunicação interna. Após analise dos resultados do inquérito por questionário, observou-se que a liderança dos clubes guineenses é completamente dominada por homens. A maioria não tem formação na área de gestão desportiva e exercem funções em grande parte, de forma voluntária; - The Profile of Sports Leaders and Club Management Practices in Guinea-Bissau's Men's Football Leagues ABSTRACT: In Guinea-Bissau, clubs in addition to being amateur in nature, face numerous structural and financial difficulties. Most survive thanks to the spirit of sacrifice of their presidents, using their own resources to maintain the activity of the clubs. The main objective of this study is to know the profile and management practiced by the presidents/vice-presidents of the clubs that compete in the men's football leagues of Guinea-Bissau. Eighty (n=80) club presidents/vice-presidents participated in the study, of which thirteen were presidents/vice-presidents of 1st division clubs, eighteen from 2nd division clubs and fortynine from 3rd division clubs, according to the universe of clubs competing in these football leagues. This study mainly uses the quantitative method. The research techniques mobilized were: the questionnaire survey as the main instrument of data collection and the documentary collection. The questionnaire survey is organized by the following sections: sociodemographic characterization of the presidents/vice-presidents, knowledge, characterization of the club, characterization of the functions, tasks and responsibilities of the president/vice-president, organizational culture, sports management, leadership and internal communication. After analyzing the results of the survey by questionnaire, it was observed that the leadership of Guinean clubs is completely dominated by men. Most have no training in the area of sports management and perform functions largely on a voluntary basis.

Title: Relação entre a taxa do imposto municipal sobre imóveis e o saldo migratório: uma análise espacial para Portugal Continental Authors: Silva, Silver da Abstract: A carga fiscal, enquanto tema de investigação científica, tem vindo a ganhar importância nos últimos tempos. Normalmente a política fiscal é definida pelo governo central e abrange de forma mais ou menos uniforme todo o território nacional, mas há alguns impostos que são definidos a nível local, pelos municípios. No presente trabalho, estuda-se o efeito da carga fiscal municipal, em particular no que respeita ao Imposto Municipal sobre Imóveis (IMI), sobre a mobilidade da população. Aplicam-se modelos de econometria espacial (SAC, SEM, entre outros), nos quais os coeficientes de correlação espacial (parâmetros ρ e λ) são sempre significativos, sendo que os modelos com a transformação sugerida por Lee e Yu (2010) são os que se mostram mais adequados a partir da comparação das estatísticas AIC e BIC. Nos modelos estimados, a variável de interesse “Taxa de IMI” não parece ser relevante na tomada de decisão relativa ao local para viver. A investigação realizada indica que a razão que leva as pessoas a escolher um município em detrimento do outro município está fortemente relacionada com outras variáveis, como o Rendimento Per Capita (rendpc), a Densidade Empresarial (DEmp)) e o Valor Acrescentado Bruto das Empresas não Financeiras Per Capita (VABNFpc); - THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE MUNICIPAL PROPERTY TAX RATE AND THE MIGRATION BALANCE: A SPATIAL ANALYSIS FOR CONTINENTAL PORTUGAL Abstract: The tax burden, as a topic of scientific research, has been gaining importance in recent times. Fiscal policy is usually defined by the central government and applies more or less uniformly across the entire national territory. However, there are some taxes that are set at the local level by municipalities. This study examines the effect of the municipal tax burden—particularly regarding the Municipal Property Tax (IMI)—on population mobility. Spatial econometric models (SAC, SEM, among others) are applied, in which the spatial correlation coefficients (parameters ρ and λ) are always significant. The models using the transformation suggested by Lee and Yu (2010) prove to be the most appropriate based on a comparison of AIC and BIC statistics. In the estimated models, the variable of interest, "IMI rate," does not appear to be relevant in the decision-making process regarding where to live. The research indicates that the reason people choose one municipality over another is strongly related to other variables, such as Per Capita Income (rendpc), Business Density (DEmp), and Gross Value Added of Non-Financial Companies Per Capita (VABNFpc).

Title: A gestão do multicanal e os impactos na força de vendas – Análise e evolução Authors: Alexandrino, Rui Miguel Galvão Abstract: A indústria farmacêutica vive hoje num contexto altamente concorrencial, onde toda a atividade gerada pelas equipas de vendas é quantificada e avaliada de forma exaustiva. A literatura atual, nomeadamente após a pandemia Covid-19, apresenta um número significativo de artigos de análise e de revisão sobre a gestão da atividade multicanal e omnicanal na força de vendas e respetivo impacto nas organizações. Assim, torna-se necessário uma revisão bibliográfica com objetivo de analisar mudanças na relação da indústria farmacêutica com os profissionais de saúde, nomeadamente, no que diz respeito aos canais utilizados e respetivo impacto. O presente trabalho de projeto teve como objetivo geral analisar o impacto da integração e aplicação de uma comunicação multicanal/omnicanal na indústria farmacêutica em geral, com um foco na Servier Portugal. A metodologia utilizada, implicou o estudo das perceções dos Delegados de Informação Médica e Managers da Servier Portugal e de outras empresas do setor. Foram construídos quatro questionários e apresentados os respetivos resultados dos mesmos. Os resultados revelaram que a Servier Portugal apresenta um grau de maturidade destacado na adoção do modelo omnicanal, contrastando com a realidade das outras empresas do setor analisadas, que ainda se encontram numa fase embrionária ou de transição; - Abstract: - The Management of Multichannel Strategies and Their Impact on the Sales Force – Analysis and Evolution The pharmaceutical industry currently operates in a highly competitive environment, in which all activities generated by sales teams are extensively measured and assessed. Recent literature, particularly in the post–COVID-19 context, has highlighted a substantial body of analytical and review studies addressing the management of multichannel and omnichannel sales activities and their organizational impact. In this context, a literature review is required to examine the changes in the relationship between the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare professionals, particularly regarding the communication channels used and their respective impact. The present project aimed to analyze the impact of the integration and implementation of multichannel/omnichannel communication within the pharmaceutical industry, with a specific focus on Servier Portugal. The methodology involved the assessment of the perceptions of Medical Sales Representatives and Managers from Servier Portugal and other companies within the sector. Four questionnaires were developed and administered, and their results were subsequently analyzed. The findings suggest that Servier Portugal exhibits a comparatively high level of maturity in the adoption of the omnichannel model, in contrast to the other companies analyzed, which remain at early or transitional stages of implementation.
