Os Diabretes de Ponte de Sor

Title: Os Diabretes de Ponte de Sor
In this Visual Education project, we asked students in the 3rd cycle and high school, 12 to 18 years old, as well as those in special education, to create the figure of a “Little Devil.“
This figure, in addition to personifying the student, was also sometimes inspired by the traditions of popular Portuguese ceramic figurines, such as those of Rosa Ramalho in Barcelos or others.
Similarly, the figure of the Transmontane Careto served as a theme for this work, which thus focused on tangible and intangible heritage, traditions, and crafts.
The pieces, made of red clay and subsequently bathed in white kaolin, were painted with high-fire paints and again bathed in glass to be fired in a single firing at 980°C. Made in one room and later carried by hand to another where the kiln was located, in addition to being touched or taken by curious classmates, almost none survived unscathed through the process that took weeks, all lacking arms, legs, or even breaking completely. Nevertheless, due to their interest, meaning, and aesthetics, they are exhibited in this work.

Tecendo Portalegre. Perspetivas Multidisciplinares sobre um Património a Salvaguardar

Title: Tecendo Portalegre.

Abstract: Project evaluation constitutes one of the most important and decisive moments in the management cycle. More than a mere accountability exercise, it represents a fundamental opportunity to systematically understand whether the efforts and resources invested have produced the intended results.
Its purpose goes beyond simple verification. Evaluation is necessary to pro- vide relevant information that can improve projects for their stakeholders, transforming data into learning and evidence into action.
This e-book is dedicated to presenting the evaluation plan, the methodol- ogy used for data collection, and the results of the evaluation of the Green E.Th.I.Cs Project, an initiative that positions Social and Community Theatre as a central tool for raising awareness about climate change and promoting the European Green Deal. Developed by 18 partners across 12 countries, the project aimed to foster civic engagement, critical thinking, and citizen proactivity through the performing arts.
It is based on the premise that evaluation is not a one-off or merely sum- mative act. Rather, it is a continuous, formative, systematic, and multidi- mensional process, aiming to determine effectiveness, efficiency, impacts, and sustainability in relation to previously defined objectives. This process involves collecting and analysing data on activities, outputs, and achieved effects, and seeks to provide useful information for decision-making, organisational learning, and the continuous improvement of future practices.
