| Abstract: | These section tracks the evolution of local efforts, specifically highlighting how an advocacy association successfully transitioned into providing comprehensive, inclusive services, particularly focusing on Early Intervention (EI). The chapter demonstrates the effective implementation of Private-Public Service Cooperation Initiatives as a critical mechanism for expanding the quality and reach of support. This model is presented as a mechanism for improving the quality of life, activity, and participation of young people with complex needs within a community and national context. |
